Our Missing Middle workshop in March 2018 attracted strong interest from the development community as well as local and state planners and others active in the industry.

Mark Courtney (Macroplan) focussed on demographic analysis; Mason Cowle (Ellivo) discussed the critical importance of design and Brook Monahan (Mosaic Group) discussed the realities of development of missing middle product and the importance of sincere community consultation.
