Nundah – A Case Study in Suburban Renewal

Event

How less than $60m generated over $800m: the Suburban Alliance’s Nundah Case Study report.

Another full house of 80 guests gathered in February 2018 to attend the launch of the Suburban Alliance case study which looked at the success of Nundah as a suburban renewal project.

Launched by Chair of City Planning, Cr Julian Simmonds, with presentations and discussion by Kerrianne Meulman (Urban Economics) Kevin Miller (Property Solutions), Juergen Weigl (Arkhefield) and Cr Adam Allen (Northgate Ward), the event was voted a success.

Thanks to Colin Biggers & Paisley Lawyers for sponsoring the launch.

The revival of Nundah Village is an example of suburban renewal and a successful partnership between developers, Council, State Government and the community.
