Designing better suburbs: the missing middle of suburbia

While missing middle housing has been rejected from low density suburban streets, is there a role for it in helping revitalise older or run-down suburban precincts? Will this help meet the challenge of housing supply? What are the design considerations for inserting housing into these precincts and will it be compatible with other uses?

This event by Suburban Futures in association with the Australian Institute of Architects explores the possibilities of design and delivery of missing middle housing as an ingredient of suburban precinct renewal.

This Suburban Futures event is a cocktail style function therefore drinks and canapes are included in the ticket cost.
