Bruce has over 35 years’ experience in property development, including 20 years in CEO and executive roles across public and private organisations in the residential and industrial sectors, as well as experience in the commercial and retirement sectors. He has been an instigator and collaborator on many innovations in urban development including some of the first advances in small lot housing in the 1990s and numerous environmental innovation and urban design initiatives. He played major roles in Australia’s first master planned community (Golden Grove), environmental remediation sites and renewal projects such as Port Adelaide redevelopment and has led some of Australia’s milestone developments including the iconic Mawson Lakes project, and the reinvention of the nation’s first technology park.
